the account for the fencing contract at Port Phillip prison for Fletcher Construction Australia.
As the Contracts Manager for the project I was impressed by the skill, expertise and competence of this
company
They undertook a design and build contract worth over $500,000 under very onerous contract conditions and
despite numerous client changes completed the contract on time and within the budget margins.
The principle of the company, Mr. Robert Hancock, was available at all times during the project to offer
free expert advice and novel solutions to problems that were encountered on the first private maximum
security prison built in Australia.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company for any future projects.

Fencing of the Cosgrove Landfill
Following the on-site inspection of the completed contract works I was extremely impressed with both the
quality of the work and the rapid progression of the scoped items from the handover of the site through
to the completion of the fence and gates.
As you are aware, the Council assessed the submitted tenders for this project on two main criteria's,
being price and the duration of the works. As stated, the Council were impressed with the progress of the
works, justifying the selection process.
